Massage: For a soothing massage or daily moisturizing, simply massage 3-5 drops of Massage Oil on the desired areas of skin as needed. If redness or irritation occurs, discontinue use. Bath: Add a few drops to a warm bath, then lay back and soak. The oil will soften and moisturize your skin. Safety Warning: Rub a very small amount on the inside of your elbow area to test for any allergic reaction before use. Avoid contact with eyes, keep out of the reach of children. If pregnant, consult with your health care provider before use.
